LIQUIDATION UPDATE - May 2010
I obtained approval from the sheriff at Aberdeen to provide all updates regarding the liquidation process on the liquidation website www.simply3g.co.uk. However, for the reasons highlighted below, it is appropriate to communicate with commercial creditors by letter. Full details will also be posted on the aforementioned website such that the few thousand former customers can receive the same information.

Asset realisation
I continue to receive monies in respect of insurance commissions although the monthly amounts are decreasing because customer growth ceased to be active as at date of liquidation. This will continue to be monitored in order that a view can be taken as to when such income is likely to become inconsequential.

Dividend payment
The first dividend payment was sent in February 2010 to those creditors who submitted a valid claim. A copy of the schedule listing all claims and the dividend amounts can be viewed here.

Moved house since lodging your claim? As a result of the mailing process of the dividend cheques, a number of cheques have been returned. Click here to view the list of cheques returned. Creditors who have already lodged a claim and are listed on the website need take no further action unless the existing claim requires to be amended. Please note that no element of interest can be recognised because of the dividend rate.
