LIQUIDATION UPDATE
The sum of £53,728.00 in respect of Insurance Commission was received on 3 December 2008. A further £15,044.00 has been received. It is hoped that further insurance commissions will be received with the final payment due around September 2009 at which time I plan to be in a position to forecast the anticipated dividend payment to ordinary creditors. A dividend payment is unlikely to occur until late 2009.
